RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (i.e., the item does not match what was confirmed in the order) or has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we are happy to re-fulfill your order or issue a full credit note for the product’s value.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To return or exchange a product, or to report any damage during transit, kindly contact our customer care within 48 hours of delivery. You can reach us at +91 85958 77528 between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST or email us at sitarraliving@gmail.com. Kindly provide your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and a photo of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

Our customer care team will investigate the issue and respond within 48 working hours. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to determine the resolution. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we kindly ask you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

Important Notes:

• No refunds will be issued if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or the package is refused by the recipient.
• If the customer rejects the package after receiving it or due to a sudden change of plan, delivery charges will apply for both to and fro shipping.
